We left the AUMC and traveled the streets to our final destination, the Lions Club. During our journey each youth was given an opportunity to carry the cross, it was quite heavy so we had at least three persons carry it at a time. Fran read from the gospels during the trip. When we reached the Lions club Rob read the GOOD NEWS! We spent time reflecting on the gift that God has given to each of us and ended in a prayer where we held hands and encircled the beautiful Cross.
